Project One

Architecturally designed and built, this modern two-story dwelling was designed to maximise the internal living space while still maintaining large areas of outdoor entertaining whilst being positioned on a difficult shaped block. The ground floor plays host to the majority of the living space with the open planned kitchen, living and dining, 3 bedrooms in the wing with bathroom and laundry, Master Suite with an ensuite that needs to be seen to be believed. Alfresco area with built-in kitchen which overlooks the evergreen garden and large pool. Basketball court and a two-car garage. The service area is well out of sight and allows maximum usage of the northern/western yard space. The second story has a guest suite with a walk-in robe and ensuite and a large living/family room. One of the biggest stand out features is the unique cladding materials. Natural tones and textures help the large dwelling nestle into the block. Complemented with a lush landscape designed evergreen garden in the front and rear of the property.

Project Two

Situated on a small, narrow block of land. This project was designed and built to the client's brief. The clients emphasized on living space and not too much garden to service. To reduce the feeling of confinement due to this narrow block, a raked ceiling was implemented in the open plan area with louvre windows to allow fresh air in from the southern cool changes. The Skillion roof a key feature as we wanted to maximise the solar panel area and optimum pitch. This project is a single-story dwelling but comes with all the features. The front of the dwelling has the Master Suite with a walk-in robe that leads into the ensuite. Followed by a large Kitchen, Living/Dining with an Alfresco adjacent to this to maximise the entertaining space. At the rear of the property, you will find two generous sized Bedrooms, a second Family/Living space, Study, and Main Bathroom.
